The beginning

A passion that started with hammer and nails

Julius Krasnove, a second-generation builder, founded CCC with a passion for construction that began in his youth. By the age of 16 he was working with hammer and nails, and in his late teens he was building department stores and restaurants for his father's company, David Krasnove, Inc.

Julius built his career on two principles: forming strong relationships and maintaining fairness and competitiveness. His ability to foster lasting connections with clients, tradespeople, and contractors, combined with his dedication to cost-effective and equitable practices, established CCC's enduring values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
